Your classes are on Saturday and Sunday. Around them you need a prep day, two study days, and one day held back in case you miss a class. Set it once and your week is decided.

Your prep day
Before Saturday's class. Look over what is coming so you arrive ready rather than cold.
Your first study day
Go back over the class: the vocabulary, the drills, the reading.
Your second study day
The second pass is where it settles. Keep it away from the first.
Your catch-up day
Kept empty on purpose. If you miss a class, this is when you watch the recording. If you miss nothing, it is yours.
